Welcome to Kat Lou Design. These terms apply to physical products purchased through the Kat Lou Design online shop, including art prints, greeting cards, stationery and other physical products that may be added from time to time.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below.
Products
Every effort is made to represent Kat Lou Design products accurately through photographs, descriptions and product information.
As artwork and printed colours can appear differently across screens and devices, slight variations in colour between the image shown online and the physical product may occur.
Frames, mounts and styling props shown in product photography are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices may be changed from time to time. The price displayed at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.
Please check your order and delivery information carefully. If you notice an error, contact hello@katloudesign.com as soon as possible.
Kat Lou Design reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied.
Shipping
Orders are currently shipped within Australia.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the products ordered.
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and may be affected by circumstances outside Kat Lou Design’s control.

Returns & Consumer Guarantees
Kat Lou Design does not offer returns or exchanges simply for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, please contact hello@katloudesign.com with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be assessed and resolved.

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, photographs, designs and other creative material associated with Kat Lou Design remain the intellectual property of Kat Lou Design unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Products and artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold as artwork, digitally distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from Kat Lou Design.
